Xenograft doesn't affect creature cards on the stack, so it can't help those cards get +1/+1 counters from the Paragon. It wants to know if the resolving creature spell still on the stack and about to enter the battlefield is a Warrior, so it can modify how it enters (enters with a counter). However, Bramblewood Paragon doesn't care about creatures on the battlefield. From the moment that creature left the stack, it was a Scarecrow. There is never a time when a creature is on the battlefield and unaffected by Xenograft. This poses no problem for Reaper King, because his ability only triggers whenever a creature enters the battlefield (that's literally what it says)! If a creature enters the battlefield, then it is on the battlefield and able to be modified by Xenograft. Xenograft only affects creatures on the battlefield. The distinction here is when the card becomes a creature. r/magicTCG is not produced, endorsed, supported by, or affiliated with Wizards of the Coast.
